When will I receive my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with more information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. The average delivery time within the canton is 3 to 4 business days, outside the canton it is 5 to 7 (via Swiss Post with tracking).
Where do we make home deliveries?
Home deliveries are made in the canton of Uri and Ticino.
In the canton of Ticino, home deliveries are only available in Airolo, Piotta and Ambri.
What if I live outside the home delivery area?
If you live outside the home delivery area, your order will be sent by Post. Some products, such as frozen goods and yogurts, are not shipped outside the delivery area. The shipping cost of your order will only be calculated after your purchase and according to the size of the order.
